The Ultrefiner Elite delivers superior filtration
The Ultrefiner Elite system uses reverse osmosis technology to filter extremely small particles, particles that can easily slip through a less sophisticated filter. The Ultrefiner II is installed with a contemporary, lead-free RainSoft faucet offered in either brushed nickel or chrome to accommodate any home décor.
Model Ultrefiner Elite is tested and certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI standard 42, 53, 58, 401, and CSA B483.1 for the reduction of claims specified on the performance data sheet. Ultrefiner Elite is certified by IAPMO R&T to NSF/ANSI 53 for the reduction of Total PFAS. Refer to the manufacturers Performance Data Sheet for specifics.
How an Ultrefiner Elite Drinking Water System Works

Unfiltered water enters the system from the inlet valve.

Water flows through the pre-filter which reduces particles and chlorine taste and odor.

Water then enters the Ultrefiner Elite reverse osmosis stage where it is flittered through a spiral wound, permeable membrane.

The resulting highly filtered water enters a storage tank.

Ultrefiner Elite Drinking Water System for Refridgerators with Ice and Water
For optimal refrigerator performance and water quality the recommended Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) level is generally between 50 and 150 ppm. This range balances the presence of essential minerals with the avoidance of excessive mineral buildup that can clog or damage refrigerator components.

The Ultrefiner Elite Alkaline Filter
This Alkaline Filter is sold as an accessory for use with other RainSoft Drinking Water Systems. It will moderately increase the pH of the water, measurably decrease the ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential
– a measure of disinfection strength), and add some calcium and magnesium to the water.
The ideal application is when paired with the RainSoft Ultrefiner Elite Premium Drinking Water System. The Ultrefiner Elite, utilizing reverse osmosis in conjunction with other filtration methods, reduces the
level of dissolved solids in your water. This provides excellent protection against potentially harmful contaminants, but also leaves the water with a slightly lower pH and mostly free of minerals. The
